You must have Legal experience for this position.

MINIMUM of 2 years legal experience and working at a law office as a legal secretary. Must have experience with Discovery and Litigation. Will draft documents, scan, and sometimes answer the phone. 

May have to do the following:

Temp to hire. Full time hours.

Experienced House Painter/Make Ready (Interior/Exterior)

Job Requirement and Responsibilities:

• Painting-Spray, brush, paint prep etc.
• Apartment Make Ready experience REQUIRED, including construction/carpentry experience
• Ensure that all vacant apartments are thoroughly restored to “market ready” status in a timely manner and ready for new move-ins
• Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exterior; change bulbs, replace bad lights, plugs, switches, etc
• Check locks and keys, re-key if necessary. Check weather stripping, replace/repair, if necessary.
• Performs all repairs exterior/ interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair related to interior walls and doors (i.e., patch sheet rock, tape and float, shoot acoustics, apply texture, sand re-varnish doors)
• Perform grounds work: grounds trash/debris pick up, sweeping, pressure washing, blow breezeways and parking lots
• Must have own set of basic hand tools
• Must be able to lift a minimum or 40-50 lbs.
• Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
• Have reliable transportation to and from work. Will use your vehicle to go to jobs daily. (Mileage paid.)

Pay $15.00 hr. to $19.00 hr.

Mon-Fri  8:00 to 5:00

You must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle. The job pays mileage when you use your vehicle to go do the make ready’s.

Window/Door Installation Tech/Driver

Job Description:  

Looking for Bright, Eager, Outgoing persons to join our install teams.  

Will be paid an hourly rate for the first 90 days; then will move to a piece rate pay.  

Window installation experience is not required. EXPERIENCE WITH POWER TOOLS WOULD BE NICE. We provide extensive training; advancement opportunities available. 

Essential tasks: 

– Work closely with Install Lead Technician to perform installation of windows, doors, patio doors and sliders. 

– Will engage in some finish trim work. 

– Will work with plaster insulation and caulk cargo 

-Will be able to drive a truck and trailer to jobsites (Standard Truck) 

Qualifications: 

– Proficiency in carpentry skills such as trim carpentry and framing 
– Knowledge of glass installation techniques 
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings 
– Ability to accurately use tape measure. 

– Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus 
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately 
– Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor

This job may require heavy lifting, working at heights, and exposure to various weather conditions. Safety protocols must be followed at all times.
