    Position Summary:

    We are hiring Experienced Concrete Laborers and Finishers to join our construction team. Candidates
    must be skilled in all aspects of concrete work—from site preparation and formwork to placing, finishing, and curing. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial concrete projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    For Concrete Laborers:

    • Assist with site preparation, including excavation and grading.
    • Set and remove forms, rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcement.
    • Mix, pour, and spread concrete materials.
    • Operate power tools and construction equipment such as jackhammers, concrete saws, and
    compactors.
    • Support finishing crews by raking, shoveling, and screeding concrete.
    • Perform clean-up and maintenance of tools, equipment, and job site.

    For Concrete Finishers:

    • Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, curbs, and slabs.
    • Use hand tools (trowels, floats, edgers) and power tools (power trowels) to finish concrete.
    • Apply surface treatments such as broom finish, stamped, exposed aggregate, or hardeners.
    • Ensure proper curing of finished concrete to prevent cracking or defects.
    • Read blueprints and layout plans to ensure proper grades, slopes, and alignment.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in concrete construction.
    • Strong understanding of concrete placement and finishing techniques.
    • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
    • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and job site safety practices.
    • Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs alone; Team life over that. Must be able to bend, kneel, and
    stand for long periods.

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
    • Preferably located near jobsite. Must be able to meet with crew and ride together if no
    transportation to jobsite due to distance. Will be discussed with crew lead.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with concrete stamping, finishing, roadside construction
    • Bi-Lingual preferred not required.
    • Basic knowledge of layout, leveling, and form setting using lasers or string lines.

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician with heavy electrical knowledge for Day Shift with some overnight on-call, with notice.

    The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably within plastics processing or similar continuous production settings. Follows GMP protocol. (Good Manufacturing Practices.) As the electrical aspect will be the main focus of the Maintenance Position with Electrical Experience, while assisting continuously with the Maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Plastics Machines and Various Equipment, including extruders, winders, chill rolls, slitters, and bag-making machines.
    • Knowledge of and capable of troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of electrical systems including motors, drives, VFDs, HMI, PLCs, control panels, circuits, temp controllers, and sensors.
    • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Be able to program VFDs trouble shoot as to why it’s not starting the machine, why the speed is not holding, why the temperature is not holding, etc.
    • Assist with the installation, commissioning, and startup of regular maintenance, new equipment or upgrades on existing equipment or machines.
    • Must have experience with motors up to 300HP; Must have knowledge of AC Invertors, and DC Motors.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities following company procedure and standards.
    • Participate in planned on-call rotation, and emergency repair rotations as required.
    • Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement long-term corrective solutions.
    • Work collaboratively with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
    • Bi-Lingual preferred but not required.
    • Minimum 5 years Electrical of experience required. This position is an Electrical Maintenance Position in an industrial setting. Primary focus on electrical knowledge with VFD, PLC, AC Inverter, DC Motors, and 300HP. Understand that this position is electrical based being the primary focus as well as being an overall team player in the maintenance department.
    • Proficient with VFDs, PLC troubleshooting, and industrial electrical systems (300 HP Motors).
    • Prior experience in manufacturing is welcomed, not required.
    • Working knowledge of pneumatic and mechanical systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Key Competencies:

    • 5+ years of experience with High Level Electrical Maintenance in a manufacturing-based facility.
    • Safety awareness, Attention to Detail, Ability to keep up with Quality Production needs, Dependability, Integrity, ability to work with and as a TEAM.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
