RF induction heating equipment, cold test equipment, spot welding, laser welding and heliarc welding equipment, brazing equipment, measuring calipers, voltmeters, electronic multi–meter, heat guns, glue guns, tie wrap guns, crimpers, crimping machines, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical knowledge in putting items together reading schematics or blueprints.Wiring experience is a major plus
Wood working experience is a plus
MUST BE ABLE TO READ A TAPE MEASURE.
• Learns and performs basic, routine, repetitive mechanical, electronic, or composite assembly
following well–defined verbal and/or written instructions.
• Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain quality standards.
• Performs basic wiring, soldering, welding, brazing, and other related electronic or mechanical
assembly.
• For composite assembly, experience with construction, mechanic, sanding, buffing, cutting, painting,
using grinders, assembling, or using power drills and hand tools.
• Makes simple mechanical, electronic or composite adjustments and alignments.
• Develops understanding of basic assembly sketches, drawings and terminology normally used in
electronic and mechanical assembly.
• Develops adaptability for using related electronic, mechanical, assembly, or composite tools plus
special tools or fixtures as required. May use solvents and resins.
• Keep work area organized and clean daily; May work in clean room environment; Understand and log
supporting documentation; Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Performs other duties as needed and assigned.

Pay $17.00 hr
Mon-Fri 6-2:30 but working overtime often and Saturdays often
