PNEUMATIC HAULING MUST BE ON YOUR RESUME. THE COMPANY, THE YEARS AND PNEUMATIC HAULING LISTED UNDER THE COMPANY.

We are looking for someone to haul cement powder from Shreveport to Gladewater every day. Flatbed experience is a plus because when we are busy with flatbed, the driver will fill in for extra hours.

No Beginner Drivers
No Felonies
Good Driving Record

EXPERIENCED DRIVER THAT HAS HAULED HEAVY PRODUCT ON A FLATBED.

DRY BULK EXPERIENCE

Experience 3-5 years.

Monday – Friday
Will be home daily. 
Pay $18/hr. to $21/hr. to start out.

MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN WORKING IN A WAREHOUSE/MATERIAL HANDLING.

Monday – Friday 3p-11p

Pay $14.00 hr. to $19.00 hr.
Temp to hire/ long term.

1. Ensure mix sheets are followed and verified with approved processes and schedule.

2. Provides properly filled out material I.D. sheets and ensures all containers are labeled.

3. Seek out safety issues and report them immediately to supervisor.

4. Participate in and suggest ideas for continuous improvement and cost reduction.

5. Be proactive rather than reactive in your assigned area.

6. Seek immediate advice from shift supervisor if unsure of a situation or problem.

7. Maintain a clean, efferent and organized work area.

8. Retrieves material from and returns material to designated staging areas.

9. Ensure all material containers are covered with drum or Gaylord covers during use.

10. Ensures that blow molding/injection molding materials are always kept separate.

11. Performs equipment filter cleaning during the shift and logs in the process log book.

12. Knows and understands the Quality Policy and Objectives

13. Uses the process log book to enter material lot number changes.

14. Cleans material handling equipment and prepares equipment for production use.

15. Regularly checks material levels and grinder bins during shift.

16. Communicates any problems, production information of concerns to the relief material handler.

17. Responsible for communicating with and taking all plastic pieces that have accumulated in your assigned section directly to the shift supervisor for disposition.

18. Understands the importance of not contaminating production materials.

19. Maintain and take care of blow molding, injection molding and process equipment.

20. May be called upon to relieve machine operators during the break time.

Supervisor/Machine Operator-3rd shift-Gladewater

Injection Molding Machine Experience is a plus.

INJECTION MOLD MACHINE

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician for our Injection Molding department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of our injection molding machines and supporting equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on experience with injection molding equipment, and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on injection molding machines and related systems.
• Assist in setup and changeovers of molds and tooling, ensuring machines are properly calibrated and prepared for production.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure that all equipment is operating within specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and repairs.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical components.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in maintenance within an injection molding environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills (hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge is a plus).
• Familiarity with injection molding processes, machines, and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Capable of working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise and temperature variations.
