Stone Bridge Personnel if seeking an experienced welder for our client in Tyler, Tx.
Key Responsibilities
– Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
– Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on various metals including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
– Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment
– Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
– Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
– Collaborate with team members on complex fabrication projects
– Perform basic preventive maintenance on welding equipment
Required Qualifications
– Minimum 3 years of professional welding experience
– Valid welding certification (AWS, CWB, or equivalent)
– Proficiency in multiple welding processes (MIG, TIG, stick)
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
– Strong attention to detail and quality control
– Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions
– High school diploma or equivalent
Location: Tyler, TX
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 hourly DOE (paid weekly)
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (shift may vary)
