Stone Bridge is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Venue Attendant to maintain facilities, enforce policies, and manage event space setup and teardown — creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for all guests and staff.
Key responsibilities
Custodial & Facility Maintenance
Sweep, mop, wax, and buff all floor areas
Collect and dispose of trash and waste
Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly
Wash walls, mirrors, and windows
Clean lighting fixtures and door frames
Change bulbs and ceiling tiles via scissor lift
Operate mechanical cleaners and polishers
Event Setup & Teardown
Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment
Assist with audio/visual equipment as assigned
Ensure equipment is properly stored after events
General Duties
Grounds maintenance as required
Department item delivery as directed
Enforce facility policies and procedures
Report hazards and maintenance needs promptly
Requirements
Valid D.L. and clean MVR
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Strong attention to details
Reliable and punctual; flexible with evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must pass drug screening and criminal background checks
Preferred qualifications
Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance
Experience with event setup and teardown
Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
Basic knowledge of audio/visual equipment
This position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors with possible exposure to cleaning chemicals. Use of PPE is required where appropriate.
