Spray Foam Helper – $175/Day
Stone Bridge Personnel is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our spray foam insulation team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the insulation and construction industry.
Compensation: $175.00 per day
Responsibilities:
Assisting with prepping spray foam jobs from start to finish, including all prep work such as taping off windows, doors, and floors. Transport equipment and crew to job sites safely, including pulling a trailer. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all job sites.
Requirements:
A valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) is required. Candidates must be comfortable pulling a trailer. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team are essential. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to take initiative on the job site are a must.
Preferred but Not Required:
Previous spray foam helper experience is a plus. Experience with construction prep work including taping off windows, doors, and floors is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, though it is not a requirement.
