Base Pay: $60k – $75K Plus: Commissions paid monthly

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Sales Representative to join our growing team in Fort Worth, TX, with a focus on the DFW Metroplex. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing industry (INDUSTRIAL) and a passion for sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys MEETING DAILY GOALS, building relationships, driving new business, and helping companies meet their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities: B2B Sales. Outside Sales

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the DFW Metroplex, with Fort Worth as the primary focus, by building relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Take your sales to the next level by identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly with high-volume accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client staffing requirements, pain points, and goals.
  • Present staffing solutions that align with client needs, including temporary, direct hire, and contract staffing services.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Be the FACE of Stone Bridge Personnel
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the timely fulfillment of client staffing requests.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress toward goals, and market trends.
  • Foster customer satisfaction and loyalty by consistently providing outstanding staffing solutions and addressing client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with staffing industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and other business development activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of staffing solutions and the ability to tailor services to meet client needs.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships while meeting sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • A positive, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude.
