Regional Sales Director
Stone Bridge Personnel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to make a significant impact in the staffing industry.
About the Role: As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth across your assigned region. You’ll work closely with our recruiting team to deliver staffing solutions that meet our clients’ workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new B2B clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client organizations
Identify staffing needs and present tailored workforce solutions
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications:
2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales (staffing industry experience a plus)
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $55,000-$65,000 base plus commission
Monday-Friday schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
All major holidays off
