Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Stone Bridge Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the office while providing crucial administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and direct visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment
Manage multi-line phone system, screen calls, and take detailed messages
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed
Perform data entry and file maintenance with high attention to detail
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting
Provide general administrative support to various departments
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
1-2 years of reception or administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with office management software
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
Bilingual abilities a plus
