Full-Time Mechanical Assembler – Defense Assembly
�� Location: Benbrook, TX
�� Pay: $19–$22/hr (DOE)
�� Schedule: Mon–Thurs 7:15am–5:00pm, Fri 7:15am–4:00pm, with every other Friday off
Stone Bridge Personnel is hiring a Mechanical Assembler to join our client’s defense assembly team in Fort Worth. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals with experience in mechanical assembly who are ready to take on a long-term, full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on assembly of mechanical components and systems
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly (defense, aerospace, or related industry a plus)
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
