Position Summary: 

 

The Marketing Manager & Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing all marketing strategies, initiatives, and events to drive company growth, lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This position works closely with ownership, management, sales, and call center teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives. The role requires a strategic, data-driven, and creative professional capable of managing multiple marketing channels, budgets, and performance metrics.   

 

                                                                                                                          

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to support company growth and revenue objectives
  • Oversee CRM administration, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, lead tracking, and workflow optimization
  • Design and manage lead generation campaigns across digital, print, and field marketing channels. 
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs)  
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, social media, streaming platforms, AI tools, and paid advertising, in coordination with internal teams and third-party agencies. 
  • Develop and manage print advertising strategies and materials. 
  • Coordinate canvassing programs to increase market penetration and lead generation. 
  • Plan, organize, and execute company participation in home shows, trade shows, festivals, community events, and promotional campaigns. 
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, scheduling, staffing, materials, and post-event performance analysis. 
  • Collaborate with sales and call center teams to ensure lead flow, campaign execution, and follow-up processes are optimized. 
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources based on performance data. 
  • Evaluate marketing trends, technologies, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 
  • Provide leadership, training, and direction to marketing staff, contractors, and vendors as applicable. 
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards across all marketing materials and platforms.                                

 Qualifications and Experience 

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in direct-to-consumer, home improvement, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. 
  • Proven experience in CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, SEO, social media, and lead generation strategies. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and interpreting performance data. 
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong attention to detail with a strategic mindset. 
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

                                                                  Physical Demands & Work Environment: 

 

  • Primarily office-based with regular attendance at marketing events, trade shows, and community activities
  • Ability to stand, walk, and travel locally as required for event coordination and field marketing activities.
