Machine Operator-Shear Punch/Sheet Metal-2nd and 3rd shift-Experienced Required

3rd shift -(10-pm-6:30am), Sheet Metal Team
Some Saturdays and OT
Shear/Punching machine operator –(Shear Brilliance | Prima Power/ Salvagnini -these are similar)
- Experience with Sheet Metal punching/shearing at this level would have strong consideration for this position
- 18 gauge to 12 gauge- aluminum and steel are the normal materials run.
- Should be able to read a tape measure and use protractor
- Should have experience and knowledge of blueprint reading
- Experience with loading programs in the machine from menu on and changing machine tooling in turrent to run needed programs.
- Ability to operate forklift to load and unload flat metal
- PPE includes steel toe shoes, gloves, safety glasses and sleeves
- Ability to lift 50lbs to 75 lbs.
- Overtime as needed
- Must have a safety and quality mindset
- Willing to cross train
- Willing to take ownership of this assignment
- Ability to understand and follow company rules and policy including attendance program
- Looking for long term, motivated, committed individual(s)
Starting pay
2nd shift $17.50 hr.
3rd shift $18.00/hr.
