Position Overview:
Stone Bridge Personnel is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician for our client located in Fort Worth, TX. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong mechanical aptitude and a proven background in both machine maintenance and facilities upkeep. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, industrial environment where your skills directly impact safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Maintain building infrastructure including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general repairs
Follow safety guidelines and comply with OSHA standards
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
Maintain accurate records of repairs and service schedules
Support production by minimizing machine downtime
Perform facility inspections and report any issues needing attention
Requirements:
5+ years of machine maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting
5+ years of facilities maintenance experience
Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications are a plus
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
