Inside Sales Representative-Window Construction
Minimum of 2 years in similar position is preferred.
Sales rep will be responsible for meeting with customers for walk-in sales, house accounts, and cash sales.
Monday – Friday; 8a-5p
Pay $15 – $17/hr. DOE
Essential Functions:
-provide excellent customer service to the customers.
-generate and present price, credit, and terms in accordance with standard procedures.
-follow-up customer quotes.
-proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction.
-monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
-may be required to contact customers following sales, to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
-maintain proficiency in using computer, data entry terminal, and other common office software.
-lifting up to 25lbs.
-climbing ladders up to 10ft.
-sitting, bending, stooping, twisting, squatting, and kneeling.
Must be able to gain a general technical understanding of the materials and processes used to fabricate process and/or assemble the company’s products and the applications to our customers’ needs.
Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and company employees verbally, via phone, email, and written correspondence.
Word Processing, Email, Excel, and Presentation Software knowledge is required.
