General Labor- Wood Shop
Full-Time Pay $14.00
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role
Stone Bridge Personnel is looking for an experienced, dependable, hard-working individual to join our client’s team. This is a hands-on general labor position that involves daily work with wood materials — from measuring and prep all the way through sanding and finishing. Experience is required, we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities
Use a tape measure accurately to mark and size lumber and wood pieces to specification
Sand wood surfaces by hand and with power sanders to achieve smooth, finish-ready results
Apply stains and finishes to wood products following shop standards and color directions
Assist other shop team members when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the day
Follow all shop safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Move, stack, and store lumber and finished pieces as directed

Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday
Basic ability to read and use a tape measure
Reliable transportation and punctuality — Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take direction
Prior wood shop or labor experience is a plus
