Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00/hour (DOE) PAID WEEKLY
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:30am – 4:30pm (Some Fridays Required)
Stone Bridge Personnel, a locally owned and operated staffing agency in Fort Worth, TX, is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician for one of our well-established clients. This company is a leading manufacturer supporting key industries such as Aerospace, Solar Power, and Oilfield. They are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Tech to help keep their facility running smoothly.
Position Overview:
As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of building systems and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical)
Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from production and management teams
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
Assist with facility improvements and upgrades as needed
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience in facility or industrial maintenance
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and general building systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Exceptional attendance and reliability is a MUST
Willing to work some Fridays based on production needs
