EQUIPMENT OPERATOR Asphalt & Dirt Work

Stone Bridge Personnel is hiring on behalf of a reputable asphalt and site work company in Tyler, Texas. If you have hands-on experience running heavy equipment and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview
Operate a variety of equipment on commercial and residential job sites, performing asphalt and dirt work from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Operate skid steer loaders, track hoes, and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Perform dirt work including grading, excavation, and site preparation
Assist with asphalt paving operations, including base prep and material placement
Follow job site safety protocols and supervisor instructions
Maintain equipment in good working condition and report issues promptly
Requirements
Proven experience operating skid steers, track hoes, and/or other heavy equipment
Experience in dirt work and/or asphalt operations strongly preferred
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a crew
