EQUIPMENT OPERATOR — Asphalt & Dirt Work
Stone Bridge Personnel is actively seeking skilled Equipment Operators on behalf of our client, a reputable asphalt and site work company based in Tyler, Texas. If you have hands-on experience running heavy equipment and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview
You will be operating a variety of equipment on commercial and residential job sites, performing asphalt and dirt work from start to finish. This is a full-time opportunity with a company that values experienced operators.
Responsibilities
- Operate skid steer loaders, track hoes, and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform dirt work including grading, excavation, and site preparation
- Assist with asphalt paving operations including base prep and material placement
- Follow job site safety protocols and supervisor instructions
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience operating skid steers, track hoes, and/or other heavy equipment
- Experience in dirt work and/or asphalt operations strongly preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a crew
Compensation
Pay is commensurate with experience — the more you bring to the table, the more you earn.
