Call Center Lead Administrator

Responsibilities:
Helping Customers: Be the friendly face and go-to expert, assisting customers with their questions and setting and confirming appointments in the CRM (Customer Relationship Manager).
Problem-Solving: Tackle customer issues and complaints, finding creative solutions that leave them smiling.
Tech Savviness: Stay up to date on the latest and greatest home improvement technology and services offered.
Teamwork and Coordination: Collaborate with our sales and installation teams to ensure a seamless flow of communication and meet customer needs.
Record Keeping: Keep track of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints using our CRM software.
Customer Feedback: Gather valuable feedback and suggestions from customers, passing them along to the right teams to help us continuously improve our products and services.
Customer Communication: Set and confirm appointments within 24 hours of appointment. Track and follow up on all previously run sales appointments.
Home Shows and Festivals: Must be available to assist with occasional home shows and festivals. Some weekend work is required. Additional responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager/General Manager
Requirements:
Customer Service Experience: Show us your skills with previous experience in a customer service role. Bonus points if you’ve worked in the home improvement industry!
Communication Skills: Impress us with your excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Use your powers of analysis and critical thinking to conquer customer issues. Find the root causes and deliver effective solutions that leave our customers beaming.
Empathy and Patience: We’re looking for someone who can understand and relate to our customers’ needs, showing patience and a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
Some details and relevant points of the position is:
Car, Auto Insurance, and Current Drives License is required. Some Overnight Travel and Periodic Weekend Work are Required.
Must be willing to Work Home Shows and Events, including set up & break down.
Media Marketing is a plus.
Salary is dependent on qualifications.
