Β Tuesday Β Saturday | 10:00 AM Β 7:00 PM (training is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)

What YouΒll Do:
β Recruit and source candidates for manufacturing and industrial positions
β Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
β Build strong relationships with clients and employees
β Manage onboarding and hiring processes
β Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS tracking
β Help create a positive and motivated team environment
What WeΒre Looking For:
β
Previous recruiting experience REQUIRED
β
Experience recruiting for manufacturing/industrial clients REQUIRED
β
Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
β
Strong communication and leadership skills
β
Responsible, dependable, and self-motivated
β
ATS experience preferred (Tracker knowledge is a PLUS!)
β
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
