• Tuesday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
✔ Recruit and source candidates for manufacturing and industrial positions
✔ Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
✔ Build strong relationships with clients and employees
✔ Manage onboarding and hiring processes
✔ Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS tracking
✔ Help create a positive and motivated team environment
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous recruiting experience REQUIRED
✅ Experience recruiting for manufacturing/industrial clients REQUIRED
✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ Responsible, dependable, and self-motivated
✅ ATS experience preferred (Tracker knowledge is a PLUS!)
✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
