    Job Requirement and Responsibilities:

    • Painting-Spray, brush, paint prep etc.
    • Apartment Make Ready experience REQUIRED, including construction/carpentry experience
    • Ensure that all vacant apartments are thoroughly restored to “market ready” status in a timely manner and ready for new move-ins
    • Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exterior; change bulbs, replace bad lights, plugs, switches, etc
    • Check locks and keys, re-key if necessary. Check weather stripping, replace/repair, if necessary.

    • Perform grounds work: grounds trash/debris pick up, sweeping, pressure washing, blow breezeways and parking lots

    Pay $20.00/hr. with some overtime

    Will be trained to use a dispatch software called “Dispatch Anywhere” by Traxero. Will be trained on our software in house for no less than 80 hours (mon-fri 8-5) during normal business hours before you are released out on your own for night shift. You will also have a senior dispatcher with you for their first week of nights.  After you are completely on your own you will have a supervisor on call during their shift.   


    2 Night Shifts during the week and 1 Day Shift on the weekend 8a-8p. (Shifts vary)

    Will work 12-15 hour days.


    Dispatchers will be required to obtain a TDLR / VSF Dispatch License; it is valid anywhere you work. Company will pay and provide the license to the employee. The cost of the license will then be deducted over the course of 4 weeks to reimburse the company for obtaining the dispatch license.  (SBPS will deduct from employee paycheck and bill the company for license cost.)

    Full benefits package (Medical (BCBS) Dental, Vision, Life) plus an IRA account, we match up to 3% after 90 days on our payroll. 1 week paid vacation after 12 consecutive months. $150 towards “work/safety shoes” after 6 months. We pay for 50% of the lowest medical plan and also the first $10k in life insurance – they can buy more life insurance as desired at our company rate.
