Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in roofing/construction sales. The ideal candidate will excel at prospecting for new business, conducting roof inspections, educating clients about roofing options and insurance claims, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through door-to-door sales, referrals, and networking
- Roof Inspections: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate current conditions and identify potential issues
- Client Education: Explain roofing options, materials, and insurance claim processes
- Sales Presentations: Develop and present detailed estimates and proposals
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with installation and customer service teams for smooth project execution
