Position Details:

Job Title: Spray Foam Technician

Location: Tyler, TX

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with some Saturdays

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Experience Required: 3+ years of recent experience in spray foam application

Stone Bridge Personnel is seeking a Business Litigation Associate, Resident for client’s Chicago office. This position offers the opportunity to practice in all phases of general commercial, civil and business litigation matters with a national and international client base.

We are seeking candidates with a solid background and prior experience in complex commercial litigation such as consumer and privacy class actions, white collar defense and investigation, and/or multi-district or multi-forum litigation.

Successful candidates will have 3 to 5 years of law firm experience in a litigation-based practice with particular emphasis on litigation procedure, including the discovery process and e-discovery. Deposition, hearing and oral argument experience is a plus. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization skills, attention to detail, writing and analytical skills are required, as is active bar membership.

The successful candidate should have an exceptional work ethic, a strong academic record, and experience at an Am200 law firm. This candidate will have the opportunity to work with and train under a number of corporate partners, counsel and senior associates on a wide range of corporate matters.

NY Bar admission is required.

The Corporate Groups transactional experience encompasses all types of domestic and international corporate matters, from private placements and public offerings of securities to transnational mergers and acquisitions to complex joint ventures. Spanning a wide variety of industries (including media/entertainment, technology, financial services, pharmaceutical, etc.). Salary: $205,000 – $235,000. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of substantive antitrust litigation practice, including with class actions and all major phases of civil litigation. Experience with government enforcement actions and a background in economics are additional pluses.

Job Requirements:
