Property Manager needed in Sulphur Springs, part time, for an apartment complex.
Sulphur Springs, Texas
Needed 3 days a week 9a-4p, flexible on schedule.
Pay $16 – $18/hr. DOE
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Show available units
- Explain pricing and lease terms
- Coordinate move ins, and move outs
- Sales and marketing duties
- Submit maintenance requests
- Increase occupancy
- Secure lease agreements
- Answer phones
- Organize files and paperwork
- Inspect models
- Staying in compliance with state and federal fair housing guidelines at all times
