Duties include, but not limited to the following:
- Maintenance
- HVAC a plus
- Light Electrical Work
- Plumbing
- Make Ready
- Painting if needed
- Dry Wall
- Cabinet Repair
Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License
Must have car insurance.
Reliable Transportation – You will have to use your car to go to various units when you receive your work orders for the day. MILEAGE PAID
Having tools is a plus
No Theft
No DWI or Drug Charges
Pay depends on experience $14 – $18/hr.
